The Imperial Palace will host the meetings and functions on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. The Imperial Palace is the host hotel and a block of rooms have been reserved for meeting participants at the rate of $79.99 per night (+ tax if applicable). In order to receive the group rate, you must use the GROUP CODE S15314, MS Water & Pollution Control Operators Assn. Reservations must be made prior to June 23, after this date the block reservation will be released.

A pre-conference technical session on ICS-200 Course, Incident Command System for Public Works will be presented on Wednesday, July 15 from 8AM to 5PM. This session has been approved for 8 CEU/CEC hours from MSDH and MDEQ. More technical sessions for water and wastewater operators will be offered on Thursday from 8 AM to 5 PM and Friday morning from 8AM to 12 Noon. Twenty (20) hours (9 regs + 11 others) of Continuing Education Credits has been approved by the MS State Department of Health and twenty (20) hours been requested from the MDEQ for attendance at the technical sessions on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday morning.

Thursday evening at 6:00 PM, July 16 will be our Social Hour, followed by our Awards Banquet for attendees and their guests registered for the full conference.
The registered spouses and guests are invited to participate in an a creative art session on Thursday and the regular Bingo Game on Friday morning from 9:30 to 11:30 AM at the Quality Inn on Beach Boulevard in Biloxi. These activities and all meals are included in the spouse/guest registration fee.
Registration for members of the Mississippi Water and Pollution Control Operators’ Association, Inc. is $275, non-members registration is $375 and spouse/guest registration fee is $100. These fees include all conference activities on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. For persons not attending the entire conference, fees for individual events are stated on the registration form. For operators attending the Technical Sessions for CEU/CEC HOURS ONLY, the registration fee is $200 for members and $300 for non-members. An additional $50 will be added to on-site registration.

Golf – Wednesday, July 15, 2015 – at Shell Landing Club Golf Course – shotgun start at 10:00 AM. Golfer must pre-register by completing the appropriate section on the registration form. Golf fee is $55 per person for individuals not registered for the full conference.
Registration Form must be submitted to MWPCOA by Registration Deadline in order to play. ALL GOLFERS ARE REQUIRED TO PRE-REGISTER TO PLAY.

This session is included in the registration for CEU HOURS ONLY or with the registration for the full conference. You must mark the appropriate space on the Activity Registration form. Space will be limited to 30 people.
A Meet & Greet Social is planned for Wednesday evening, July 15 from 6 to 7:30PM in the exhibitor room at the Imperial Palace. This will give our members time to socialize and thank our Emerald Sponsors and other exhibitors. Please mark the appropriate space on the Activity Registration form if you plan to attend. For individuals not registered for the full conference, there is a $30 fee for this event.
Ladies Program – Thursday, July 16 – Registered spouses and guests are invited to “Uncork Your Inner Artist” and join the group for “Canvas and Conversations” on Thursday afternoon from 1:30 to 3:30. Learn how to paint in a fun and relaxed atmosphere and discover your creative side. ALL PARTICIPANTS FOR THIS SESSION ARE REQUIRED TO PRE-REGISTER AND MARK THE APPROPRIATE SPACE ON PAGE 2 OF THE REGISTRATION FORM. A MINIMUM OF 10 PEOPLE IS REQUIRED FOR THIS SESSION.
The Awards Banquet – Thursday, July 16 – Will be held at the Imperial Palace, 6:00 P.M. – Meet and Greet Social Hour — 7:00 P.M. – Dinner and Awards – Attire is Dressy Casual.
BINGO – Friday, July 17 – 9:30 to 11:30 A.M. – Will be held at the Quality Inn on Beach Boulevard in Biloxi. Shuttle will pick up participants at 9:00 and return everyone to the hotel in time for the luncheon. All participants are guaranteed to win at least one great prize.
